Customer Pick-Up Policy

Vehicle Requirements
· Ensure your vehicle meets the necessary weight specifications for the material being picked up.
· Our team will assist in verifying vehicle capacity before loading.
Loading Procedures
·         All customers must check in with the loading office upon arrival.
·         Our trained staff will guide you to the appropriate loading area.
·         Please remain in your vehicle during the loading process unless otherwise instructed by staff.
·         We employ standardized loading techniques to ensure the safety and balance of the load.
·         Our staff will secure the load as required and provide any necessary feedback regarding transportation.
Safety Guidelines
·         Ensure that your vehicle is in good working condition and suitable for transporting heavy loads.
·         Adhere to all posted speed limits and safety signs within our facility.
·         Follow the instructions of our staff at all times to avoid accidents and ensure a smooth loading process.
Customer Agreements
·         By using our pick-up service, customers agree to comply with all Cedar Mountain Stone and Mulch policies and safety guidelines.
